Return & Exchange Policy

At KEY FASHION, we strive to deliver high-quality clothing products. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


Refund Policy (Defective or Incorrect Products Only)

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product was sent by our team

  • The item was significantly damaged during delivery

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video that meets the following requirements:

  • The video must be recorded while opening the package

  • The package seal must be clearly visible before opening

  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous video

  • The product and issue must be clearly visible

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refund or exchange requests will not be approved in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences


Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit


Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • The product has no stains, perfume smell, or customer-caused damage

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet these conditions.


Size Exchange

We allow size exchanges for clothing items if the requested size is available in stock.

If the requested size is not available, customers may:

  • Choose another product of equal value, or

  • Pay the price difference for a higher-priced product.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.


Exchange Shipping Charges

Customers may be required to pay shipping charges for exchange requests unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged after delivery
